In March this year, Griffin and his family were nearly killed in a fire. A stranger set alight to their family home at 3 in the morning. Praise God that no family members suffered serious injuries but the family lost possessions and were left homeless. Thankfully, our church partner was able to provide them with temporary shelter.
Last week, church members went to Griffin's new home to pray as the family is still struggling. The experience has been especially traumatic for Griffin’s mum who is disabled.
Father, we pray for comfort for Griffin and his family. Please be with them as they adapt to their new home. Give them the security that comes from knowing your hope and peace. Provide them with the practical resources they need.
