Safety in Uganda

12 April

We praise God that the tribal clashes which occurred after February’s elections have calmed down. Thank you so much for your prayers - all Compassion projects have now reopened.

9 March

Please pray for safety in western Uganda, as tribal clashes have resulted in homes being burned and the deaths of at least ten people after recent elections. Three Compassion projects are temporarily closed until the situation calms down. Pray for peace and stability for this region.

"Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23:4
